Academy courses
Where Academy courses are open for enrollment, the following applies unless a specific course page states otherwise:
- Payment. Course fees are due at the time of enrollment unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Cancellation and refunds. Requests to cancel before a course begins are eligible for a full refund. Once a course has started, refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis at our discretion. Specific cohorts may publish their own refund terms, which will take precedence over this general policy.
- No outcome guarantee. Satoshi Lab does not guarantee employment, income, investment returns, or any specific outcome from completing a course. Course content reflects our understanding of the subject matter at the time of publication and may require ongoing learning to stay current.
- Certificates. Certificates issued upon course completion are proof of completion only. They do not constitute a degree, diploma, or formal qualification recognized by any government body, and are not equivalent to accredited academic credentials.
Intellectual property and acceptable use
All course materials, videos, written content, and branding on this website are the property of Satoshi Lab / Braindeck Infotech Private Limited unless otherwise stated, and are provided for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not reproduce, redistribute, resell, or publicly share course materials without our prior written permission. Student capstone or portfolio projects may be shared publicly by the student who created them.

Nothing on this website, in our courses, or in our advisory services constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice, or a guarantee of any project, token, or business outcome.
